Our goal for this step is to help decode and read CVC words. Consonant-Vowel-Consonant words are a *fun*damental building block of reading! 

Each egg features a vowel sound, surrounded by a beginning and ending consonant. Students simply spin the sections, blend the sounds together, and read the CVC word they create! The brightly-colored plastic eggs are perfectly sized for little hands and ideal for independent practice or partner work.
